The whole balance sheet
Webpad holds the keys to the wallet that holds these fees. That is custody, and the honest mitigation is that every number is public and every row has a transaction behind it.
Every Webpad coin routes 100% of its pump.fun creator fee here. The on-chain balance will not always match “held for domains” above: fees that have not been claimed yet are still on pump.fun rather than in the wallet, and the hot balance is swept to cold storage above a threshold.
Per domain
Ledger totals, plus any amount set by hand in the admin panel. Payouts send collected fees only.
What we take
Nothing, from a domain's fees. There is no platform cut, no claim fee and no spread. The fee-sharing config on every Webpad coin names exactly one shareholder at the full 10,000 basis points, and it is the treasury, which exists to hold the money until a record says where to send it.
We pay the network fees. Collecting a domain's fees from pump.fun and sending them on both cost SOL. A domain is credited the full amount pump.fun says it earned, and Webpad absorbs the cost of moving it.
Fees wait forever. Nothing expires, nothing is swept into our own pocket, and there is no deadline. A domain that claims in five years gets everything.
This is phase one. The treasury is a wallet Webpad controls. The intended replacement is an on-chain vault with a per-domain PDA and a claim gated by a signed DNS attestation, which moves the trust from “they hold the keys” to “they sign attestations”. Until then, this page is the accountability.
